Advanced Investment Strategies

Better than a Degree

Online and Accredited

In the traditional education hierarchy, degree ranks above diploma, but we are now disrupting that standard with our Diploma of Company Analysis and Portfolio Management.

Created by the alumni of leading investment banks, including Macquarie Group and Bankers Trust, our diploma provides clear and unambiguous directions on how to implement proven investment strategies, information that is not provided in a degree.

The Real Cost of a Degree

Aspirational high school graduates don’t need or want 3 more years of academia, let alone a large debt, if they have the opportunity to instead start their career at age 18 with a leading employer. Am I right? Of course I am.

The question you face is this …

Would you like to graduate in 6 months, and in the next 3 years earn up to $500,000 or more? By 2028 you can be in contention to earn a 7 figure salary, and perhaps be in a management position. The elite among you will achieve that and more.

Or, if you choose a degree, by 2028, instead of having earned $500,000 or more, you will have a debt of $70k, and be at the starting blocks in your career?

In other words, the opportunity cost of studying your degree full time is up to half a million dollars or more, so why not study your degree part time while working full time?

It makes sense to get your career started now, and to spread your degree over the next 4 to 5 years, instead of the next 3.

If you have the luxury of being able to forgo half a million dollars over the next 3 years, you are very fortunate indeed.

The important point is, the cost of a degree is huge, so it needs to be the pathway to a sensational outcome.

Is it? The answer is no. The answer is a definite and unequivocal no.

University graduates in finance and economics know all too well that a degree is not even a pathway to an interview, let alone employment.

Immersive and Comprehensive

The most important point is this, degrees do NOT reveal how to be a successful investor.

Economics, commerce and finance degrees are comprised of 6 semesters of study, each lasting about 12 weeks, and comprised of 4 subjects at a time.

Let’s assume the student studies for 5 days of each week. That means, each subject is studied for 1.25 days for each of 12 weeks.

That is just 15 days spent on each subject. The simple fact of the matter is, university degrees are NOT immersive, nor are they comprehensive.

Real World and Advanced

Degrees are also not real world.

Typical first year degree subjects include maths, macro and micro economics, economic history, statistics, an introduction to finance, and perhaps legal studies.

The point is, in year one, you will not study a single subject that has any relevance or use at all if your objective is to become a successful investor, trader or entrepreneur.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m assuming you want to work in finance because you want to be wealthy?

I assume your foremost objective is to learn how to beat the market, because until you learn that skill, the pathway to becoming wealthy will be blocked.

How to outperform the market through superior analysis and strategies is the one and only subject in our Diploma of Company Analysis and Portfolio Management.

Our entire diploma is based around this one theme, and provides the skills, knowledge and experience to master investment analysis.

Proven Investment Strategies

On completion, students are able to analyse individual companies to a professional standard and construct portfolios that outperform.

The majority of professional fund managers are not able to do this. 85% of Australian fund managers underperformed in the 15 years to June 30, 2024 (source SPIVA).

This type of data is unambiguous proof that degrees do not contain the knowledge of how to beat the market, because every fund manager has a degree in economics or finance, and many also have an MBA.

Our diploma is practical, current, real world, comprehensive and immersive, everything a degree is not.

Practical and Current

Our diploma is more similar to work experience than academia, because students perform the daily tasks of a professional, analysing companies and building portfolios, using current data, which is exactly the type of experience and training required if you wish to be successful in the markets.

For the optimum training and knowledge on share market investing, our Diploma of Company Analysis and Portfolio Management is the answer.
